Garden Analysis and Assessment(IN GENERAL LAWN)

Garden analysis and assessment are integral components of effective garden management, providing valuable insights into the current state of the garden and guiding decisions for its future development. The first step in this process involves a comprehensive examination of the garden's physical aspects, including the types of plants present, their health, and overall layout. This analysis helps identify any areas of overcrowding, nutrient deficiencies, or signs of stress in the plants. Additionally, assessing the design elements, such as pathways, hardscape features, and seating areas, allows for a thorough evaluation of the garden's aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Soil analysis is a crucial aspect of garden assessment, focusing on the composition, pH levels, and nutrient content of the soil. By understanding the soil's characteristics, gardeners can tailor their approach to fertilization and amendment, ensuring that plants receive the necessary nutrients for optimal growth. This assessment also aids in identifying potential soil-related issues, such as poor drainage or compaction, which can have a significant impact on plant health. The results of soil analysis serve as a foundation for informed decision-making, guiding the selection of plants that are well-suited to the soil conditions and helping to establish a sustainable and thriving garden ecosystem.

Seasonal assessment is another vital aspect of garden analysis, considering the changing dynamics throughout the year. Observing how the garden responds to different seasons provides valuable information about plant performance, potential pest and disease challenges, and the need for adjustments in watering and maintenance practices. Evaluating the garden's resilience to seasonal variations enables gardeners to implement proactive measures, ensuring that the landscape remains vibrant and healthy. Overall, garden analysis and assessment are ongoing processes that empower gardeners to make informed choices, adapt to changing conditions, and foster the long-term success of their outdoor spaces.

ANALYSIS - detailed examination of the elements or structures of something, typically as a basis of discussion or interpretation.

ASSESSMENT - the evaluation or estimation of the nature, quality or ability of someone or something.

It is one of the most essential aspect of establishing a good garden from soil to its botanical structure, its sound a bit technical but its true, this are the another consideration that we have to learned. From a previous years that I've been working from golf courses, farm to from fields and few private gardens from company gardens, to make it uniform in checking every each plants or crop nd trees, we used the AESA/A - Agro-Ecosystem Analysis or Assessment. the purposes is to monitor everything in the field/farm/garden or all around the areas including the working staff or gardener. However, I adopt these system into gardening method from private to companies, it serve as daily correspondent report for the employer and to impress them as well that we work properly as a Corpsman and professionally so that the wages we accept is equally manifest from your system of work :}.

And I called this new form as:
1. GAESAA – Garden Agro-Ecosystem Analysis and Assessment

This is my sample, you can create your own version of this.

2. Brain Box or Daily Itinerary/Schedule

You can create this on your on discretion, time is precious so don't waste it! make it more productive and progressive.

In my own on conclusions, gardening is not just an easy profession, aside from passion and skills and other things, we have to be equipped as well with the technical talents that make this things easy in our working environment. i do not recommend it to those who work in their own home gardens and same levels in home caring of your gardens, i mean, used it if your working in some other companies or other big gardens approximately above 10000Sq meter in Size above and i promised that this form above is very beneficial and will helped your worked easy. Good Luck and enjoy the things! Keep Safe!
